Use facebook insights to establish what posts are more successful than others & learn from it
Acknowledge new fans by posting on your wall saying thank you
Set up facebook adverts within your 5 mile radius to spread your brand locally
Add videos that have many views on you tube but are relevant to your business
Add pictures that are relevant – pictures if good will encourage interaction
Add the post planner application to schedule your messages
Have a complaints procedure in place – Be prepared
